Remote lesson Observations

Are anyone else's school doing 'supportive' remote lesson observations during the present time? If so are you having written feedback?

No. Our SLT are invited to all lessons for safeguarding reasons, and I've had a drop in or three, but they don't stay long and mostly just cause excitement. As phase lead though, I've had some feedback from SLT on other teachers in my phase - because I don't get to drop in to those (and wouldn't even slightly do that anyway). All positive.

The SENCO came to observe one of my lessons today and gave useful supportive comments on how to best support SEN students in the class. But
I’m guessing this isn’t what you mean.
