Remote learning support

Looks like most of us are headed this way, at least for the foreseeable. We have NQTs, RQTs and trainees here as well as more experienced teachers and all levels of competence wrt remote learning. Collectively we are better than on our own. Thought I'd make a dedicated thread to ask for / offer support.

I have loads of resources for GCSE / A level Biology as well as other Science stuff. Ok with teams, better with classroom and recording PPTs / editing. Happy to share.

If anyone would be interested, we could also set up a shared Google drive??

Jumping on here. As two teachers who trained with blackboards and one computer in the classroom if you were lucky this remote learning fills us (not me so much but definitely DH) with fear. Tomorrow I'm going to teach him all I know and use MrsH's trusty guide.

We had super high tech OHPs when I started teaching. I had special pens and everything 🤣

We had one wheelie TV with VHS recorder. We used to fight over it at Christmas

I miss videos. You stop it and come back next lesson and it's in the same place. DVDs just let you down every time

The Greenshaw Learning Trust on Twitter posted a document link to a load of lesson resources for a range if subjects. I can't vouch for how good they are, but maybe worth a look?
