Just wondering whether anyone is still having in person staff meetings? Also if people are still having to have PPA in school.

Yes to both. PPA is alone though as that is how it's timetabled.

No, staff meetings are via zoom, PPA at home.

Staff meetings via teams, PPA in school but socially distanced

Meetings are all on Teams. Training also on Teams but with some small group training in a classroom - no more than 6.

Meetings on teams. I guess we could leave for ppa if we really wanted but it's not really workable for most teachers.

Meetings via Teams, although we mostly do phase meetings atm. We've tried moderation via Teams, but gave up and sat in a classroom with all windows open and masks on so we could actually do moderation.

PPA is fine to have at home, but SLT not allowed to, so that's me out. Only one person took the opportunity, it doesn't really work.

PPA in pairs at school. Staff meetings all face to face. But we have also had to have face to face parents evenings....

Primary here. Tbh, all much as normal. Learning walks, book scrutinies, curriculum monitoring visits, lesson obs, staff meetings in person. It's the same for both schools in the federation, with head flitting between the two to do that.

We did do phone consultations rather than in person parents evenings, and Christmas performance was filmed of ch in the two separate bubbles then edited together and a link sent out for parents to see, rather than inviting them in.

We wash and sanitize a lot, and keep to our bubbles. That's about it really. Oh, and we have a flexible end to the day where ch can be collected anytime from 3pm onwards. We try to keep windows open but caretaker keeps shutting them and bemoaning the heating costs. And one member of staff in classroom also keeps closing them.

PPA, it's up to us where we do that.

We all went to the pantomime together last week, which was well arranged so School A was in stalls and School B in circle, with separate toilets allocated for each. Bubbles sat with a clear row between them and pantomime had been tweaked so ch stamped or waved rather than shouting out as normal. It was lovely! Both the theatre staff and coach drivers were almost pathetically grateful to us for going. We were the only booking the coach company had had since April.

F2F parents' evening????
Staff meeting via zoom and PPA can be at home but the. It always could. 6th Form also don't need to come in first thing in the morning if they don't have a lesson.

Zoom staff meetings and parent consultations, ppa at home if possible.
