Hi
Can I ask any TAs or teachers in the know...
Are you paid if you are off sick ?
If not normally are you being paid if off with covid or isolating ?
I'm a TA and we are not being paid if off ...well we get three days pay then straight to SSP
IS THIS USUAL ?
thanks for reading..and hopefully responding Smile

I have no idea on the legalities of this, but I am a TA and currently on my second round of self-isolation due to a case my bubble. I am being paid in full as normal. I was also paid as normal during the first lockdown when I didn't work in school due to being clinically vulnerable (and obviously being a TA, there wasn't anything I could really do from home). Is yours a free school/academy? Mine is still LA controlled.
