Has anyone (teacher) has one that was properly run? Could you give any pointers please? I’m leaving at the end of term and think it’s important that my reasons are heard, if not acted upon.

When I left a school, which I loved in many ways but was fed up of a bullying deputy head and head, 14 other teachers also left (primary) and so the governors sent anonymous questionnaires.

I wrote in a professional tone, gave clear examples to back up what I was saying and didn't forget to also put in the positives.

Usually they are quite structured, not just a chat for you to have a good moan, which helps you keep it accurate and appropriate.

Thanks - very unlikely to be structured which is why I ask. I normally have to organise this sort of thing for myself.
