Morrisons to offer 10% off to all school staff with ID from Monday 2nd Nov until Jan 3rd!

We don’t have have photo ID so won’t be able to take advantage of this 😞

What ID? The stressed and tired face? The frazzled nervous system? How are they planning to ID us?

I managed to persuade a museum offering free entry to teachers that the bags under my eyes and the callous on my finger caused by marking should serve as ID...

No ID at my school either....some schools have lanyards but not ours !

Terms specify photo ID. I checked with my local Morrison’s and they won’t accept a payslip or my name badge. I was told “we need to see your school lanyard with your photo attached”.... we don’t have lanyards or photo ID ..... the manager just shrugged and said they were the rules....

Told by email (sent to school directly by store Champion) they would accept payslip and other photo ID if we didn't have school photo ID. Told very clearly instore they wouldn't. Told on Facebook they would accept payslip and photo ID.....Now trying Twitter.

Morrisons check-out lady accepted my non photographic badge. She seemed bemused when I explained many primary schools don't have photo ID for staff. It's just a button on their till so definitely worth a try asking nicely and being friendly...
