Secondary comp in a not-so-nice area. I am on my knees and really concerned about some colleagues. We had 2 normally calm and rational people completely lose the plot today, it was quite scary. So, how are you doing on the eve of World Mental Health Day?

It’s tough going, isn’t it? I am finding that the people who are generally a bit fragile and stressed anyway are really not coping. The rest are gritting teeth and getting through. It’s joyless and scary. We’re in local lockdown anyway. There seems to be nothing at all to look forward to.

Tired, fed up, but actually feel not 'too' unlike any other end of Autumn 1 to be completely honest. Bit more tired than usual and very fed up of the stupid bloody rules!!! But on the whole...🤷‍♀️

The worst thing I think for me, personally, is how cold I am...I can barely function!! I have a plug in thermometer in my classroom and today it was 13 degrees! It was really cold 🥶 I had my coat on, a neck warmer thing and fingerless gloves 🥶 My children are only little (year 2) and they were all shivering in their coats too poor things 😥 We've had STRICT instructions that windows have to be open at all times 😨😰😱
