Appraisals and observations this half term?

Are you having one as per any normal year? I've not achieved any of my targets SadHmm

I've observed all of the NQTs. We've changed all of the appraisal for the year so that we are reviewing as much as possible from last year and rolling the rest forward. Anyone due pay progression will get it.
