Teacher burnout

Hi everyone!
I am a Masters student as well as a mummy and am currently in desperate need of responses from teachers to my dissertation study investigating rates of employee burnout among teachers. My father passed away last week and I have been struggling to finish it. If any primary or secondary teachers could spare a few minutes to fill it out I'd be so grateful! Link below

The questions were interesting. I think I probably contradicted myself several times!

I've filled it in. Couldn't fill in the question about gender identity as I don't have one of those. Did all the rest though
