Can I do supply on the days I don't work?

I work part time in a school. Can I do supply on the days I don't work in school? I'd prefer to work in other schools. I'm ups3

Yes, I've done this. The supply agency didn't pay me to the same pay point as my actual contract job did though.

Some schools have in the contract that you need permission from the head to work elsewhere. Not sure how enforceable that is
