Assistant Head of Year interview help

I have an interview for an Assistant Year Head role on Wednesday. Any suggestions of what questions I could be asked?

No idea about the interview questions, sorry, but don’t let school exploit you by telling you what a wonderful opportunity this is for building your experience and not giving you hours off and some money in return!

Safeguarding questions
What initiatives could you bring to help your year group?
How can you support progress?
If Yr 7, how can you support the transition process?
If KS4, how you will support progress / resilience?
If a group of students come to you with a friendship issue, how would you deal with it?
If a parent raises a complaint about another member of staff / the HoY, what would you do in that circumstance?
How would you support a struggling form tutor?
