LSA interview help

I've got an interview coming up for a Primary LSA- I have been doing the role on n off during the lockdown period with one particular student
Im nervous and excited as I would love the job
Any interview tips? Questions that might come up? Any help appreciated!

Hi. I can't offer much help as most of my LSA jobs were achieved having been supply for a few terms.

I did have one interview where I could answer hardly anything! I don't have a formal qualification as such (not sure if you have), so if I were you I would get clued up on formal terms eg Foundation Phase. HT called it something else (that I still can't remember!)

As you've been 1:1, I'd make sure you (I?) knew about group work, reading schemes and the like.

Probably not very helpful but good luck!

You will be asked about safeguarding-what you understand by it/what your responsibilities are/what to do if a child makes a disclosure/who safeguarding lead in school is etc
