Catch up plans?

The PM tonight repeatedly said the government have plans for catch up over the summer months- does anyone have any idea what this means and what it might look like? He said Gavin Williamson will make some announcements about these plans next week?

As long as it doesn’t involve our school staff, he can crack on!

As a governor (and ex-teacher), I will fight this to the very end. Our staff will be working in the summer over my dead body. This is a hill I am willing to die on.
