When/if you return on the 1st what are you being expected to do in terms of observations, end of term reports and transition reports.
Will it be business as usual or will all of that take a back seat while you get used to the new way of working.
Also if anyone has any official guidelines about what’s expected in terms of observations and tracking I would be very grateful.

It’s all being scaled back. One observation a week to be published on Tapestry. Huge focus on well being and the transition to Reception for our leavers. Slimmed down reports - age bands, next step & 1-2 sentences for each area of learning.
