CPOM's or My Concern

Has anyone got experience of both these systems? Which do you prefer?

No experience of CPOMS but am
Spending my life on MyConcern atm?

I've only used CPOMs. It's very user-friendly.

As far as I know, if the next school the child goes to also uses CPOMs you can transfer their reports.

We have MC and it’s very easy to use (much preferred paper though because I always forget my pw!)

We use cpoms. Im a head of year so literally type every breath I take into it when in school!! And now when making welfare calls.
Its simple to use and very very useful.

The transfer of records from secondary to us (FE) is definately one of the selling points for us.
Does anyone know if that facility is available on My Concern.

My Concern is free until September currently, we are having a demo tomorrow (have already had CPOMS)

Safeguarding Manager here and agree with comments re concerns at this time. Very concerned for some of our families.

The transfer system exists for MyConcern too. We use it quite a lot as have quite a transient school population. It’s definitely helpful.
They are doing a lot of webinar based training at the moment which is been helpful in keeping our staff up to date.

I've used both. I would say it depends on what other schools in your area are using and what schools you transition to/from are using. It makes it easier if you're all using the one system.

I've used both and would say CPOMS a hundred times over. It's so user friendly and brilliant at setting up different levels of access.

Frankly we couldn't cope without it in our school, as PP says I'm on it constantly. I love how easy it is to alert someone when you need to share info.

CPOMS is very easy to use...haven't use MC so can't comment on that one.
