Useful courses for existing TAs

I've just had my appraisal and was asked if there were any courses I'd like to do? My mind went blank! I have asked to observe Maths and English in Y6 and also a foundation subject in the other KS.

What other kind of things would be useful? I am due to start a Scitt PCGE in September.

TIA

Anything to do with phonics. My first school was 90% EAL so even in year 4/5 very very few children could speak English so learning phonics was a major part.

Coping with SEN as due to funding more and more SEN children stay in mainstream school

SEN is a good shout actually as I'm not always what the best way forward is with challenging behaviour.
Where do I go to find what is available locally?

Mental health, phonics for older years as most resources tend to be aimed at eyes and lower ks1.

Linked to SEN. Team Teach. It's de-escalation strategies and safe handling. The de-escalation strategies are useful to know even if you don't work with SEN.
