KS3 Lead English?

This has come vacant and I’m being asked to apply. I have lots of experience and ideas. But a huge amount of self doubt.
I’m crapola with data and spreadsheets but better with curriculum.
Can anyone share their experience if they have/have had this role?
(I’m an experienced teacher. But thus far have avoided tlrs due to own DC and my husband’s illness).

Would have thought that KS3 data is far less pressure than KS4. If I was looking for a TLR that was a tiny step up it would be a great opportunity.

And you’ve been asked to apply! You can always ask for help with spreadsheets. Make friends with the maths KS3 lead and you’re sorted.
