Holistic education based on ARR anyone?!

Hi

I’m considering applying for an assistant head job in a school whose approach is ‘holistic education based on ARR’. I can find plenty on holistic education through Google. However, ARR only leads me to accountancy links!

Can anyone enlighten me please?
