What training did you do to become one? I have just started as an admin in a school and I already have a business management degree is there any extra training or specific qualifications I can look at? Anyone a business manager how did you become one?

Quick response to get you started. Google Certificate in School Business Management and go from there.

I worked in secondary school admin for 5 years to gain an understanding of how schools operate and then did the CSBM qualification. Landed a role as a primary SBM just before I got the qualification
