What do you wear for work? I'm in need of a work wardrobe. Trousers, blouse? Dress, tights, leggings? I'm primary and 40 if that helps.

Smart in secondary is important but it doesn’t have to be officey. DMs of all colours and shapes are my work shoe, with plain black dresses/trousers and a cardigan if necessary. I also have a penchant for Tatty Devine jewellery. I love me a gel manicure too and more often than not have my nails done, sometimes some nail art. I love dressing for work, planning my outfits. 🌟

I wear a t-shirty type top, usually long sleeved, or a shirt (less often) with a sweater on top in colder weather, a fitted skirt just above the knee, and opaque tights with flat shoes or boots. I'm 39 and secondary.

I get all my work clothes from Zara, Mango, or H&M.

Like this skirt and this top .

I wear smartish trousers cardigan and top or lightweight kimono type of thing. (change accessories) I like m&s footglove shoes. Raincoat for playground.

Dresses and black opaques are popular or nice patterned trousers and black jumper. Dorothy Perkins is quite good and inexpensive or next.

On inset days I wear shorts or gym kit. Ours tend to be in very hot weather so everyone turns up as close to naked as is polite / possible so that we don't melt while unpacking boxes, making displays, etc.

Thanks for responses, you've been very helpful! Going for smart casual - black h&m ankle trousers and a burgundy shirt from New Look. Quite excited to meet my new colleagues Smile
