Enhanced maternity pay

I'm currently on maternity leave and will be returning after Xmas for 3 days a week. How many weeks will I have to work to keep my enhanced maternity pay? I know it's 13 FT weeks, so I calculated 22 weeks, but DH thinks it's 17 because of the 3 weeks of holiday in that time.

Also if I hand in my notice at Easter and work the rest of the year, would I get paid until the end of August, or only until the end of the term in July?

Just to give you a bit of hope, I didn't have to repay mine at all. Just resigned (at Easter) for the end of the summer holidays, when my mat leave was due to finish. The school never mentioned it, and I didn't either!
