Anyone teach GCSE Graphics?

Hoping to pick your brains!

DS is in Year 10 and has chosen Graphics as one of his options. He's very proud of his work so far. I'd like to get him some really good coloured pencils and markers for Christmas but (due to lacking any design ability whatsoever), I have no idea what would be best.

What would you recommend your students had? / what would you love them to all have?

Copic markers (cost a lot but wirth it) ,and Faber Castle pencil crayons.

I'd recommend looking at YouTube for tutorials on how to use the markers, they take a while to get the hang of but give great outcomes! I hope that helps.

My DD is in year 10 and studying graphic design. Her main Christmas present last year were copic markers. They are eye wateringly expensive but she has produced some amazing pieces of artwork with them.

Copic or be the slightly cheaper Windsor and Newton pro markers.
