Returning to work and worried

While I was off on mat leave, I moved to a different city I resigned. At the end of my mat leave, I got a fixed term contract for the summer term, with possibility of staying on permanently. Didn't love the school, it was a fair old commute and I found out shortly before I started that I was pregnant again, due this December. I told the head fairly early on that I wouldn't be able to stay on past the fixed term contract. All ended on good terms. I'm currently unemployed, due DC2 mid Dec.

I'm planning to start work again in Sept 2020 but I'm so worried about how hire-able I am after a years unemployment. Has anyone got any tips? I'm currently top end of main pay scale, held various leadership posts, led teams, very experienced etc but also very expensive. Should I be prepared to offer to take less pay to account for my year out? Does anyone know of any courses or material to support women/mother's back into work?

I'm primary btw and would realistically be looking for class teacher although was more like aht for very short period before I took mat leave a few years ago.
