There seems to be a lot of misleading info but how long do you need to have been employed in order to qualify for the full benefits?

Depends on your contract. I believe that the burgundy book says you need to have been employed 26 weeks by the time you're 25 weeks pg to get enhanced pay, but I might be wrong! Ask HR if you can see the policy, or contact your union. For statutory entitlements, check gov.uk.
