What do you put your school trip paperwork in? I’m running a trip overseas at half term and so am carrying passports, tickets, risk assessment, vouchers etc.

Right now it’s all in a ring binder with poly pockets but there must be a better way.

I have it all backed up on cloud but need something safe n secure that doesn’t need its own luggage wheels.

Any ideas?!

I kept all documents in the folder given to me by the travel company - it was a bit like the book bags that little children have for school. Passports were in a separate small shoulder bag (it was one the lunchtime supervisors used as a first aid bag) and a member of staff was given responsibility for it at all times! If you are running the trip then you need your wits about you and delegating stuff like that is helpful.
