How do you deal with the Monday dread?

This might sound absolutely ridiculous to some of you but every Sunday I'm in tears at the thought of going to work on Monday. I have some really shit classes on Mondays, including a double with a class who couldn't care less about my subject. And it's a very full on day in general.
I would welcome any practical advice on what to do to stop feeling like this and wishing my life away. I do like my job most of the time, it's just Mondays that are particularly bad. Thank you!

I hope you survived Monday ok!

How about thinking: wow, after Monday the worst is over?

Tick list: how many more Mondays until the holidays?

Changing mindset (I know, I know!): I had a surprisingly good lesson with my worst class when I tried something new that we had never done before. Not a “fun” lesson, normal learning but with new activities.

Anti anxiety aromatherapy drops on pillow Sunday night.

Not long now!

I always find it's not actually as bad as I'm dreading it to be and once I'm there, it's actually OK. My bad day is Friday, it's full-on with a meeting with my line manager at the end of it which never ends well. And by Friday I'm on my knees and just want to go home!
There's not too much longer until the end of term but these last few weeks feel like they go on forever.

I also have an incredibly busy Monday- break duty, lunchtime meeting and some difficult groups. I make sure i have my lessons and resources planned before leaving work on Friday so no panic Monday am. I also just try to put it out my mind really- it’s a job at the end of the day.
