A member of staff called another member of staff a bitch? In front of witnesses?

This would be dealt with by our deputy head, both would be spoken to & the name caller would be expected to apologise before some sort of observation of behaviour was put into place. It's unacceptable behaviour in any workplace & especially a school where pupils pick up on just about anything.
