English coordinator, anyone?

Specifically for Early years / KS1. Could you tell me what your role involves and what paperwork you keep?

Hello I could help.
I'll start with a little list and then check my folder on Monday if you'd like.
Action plan linked to school development plan
Work and planning scrutiny each term
Audit of staff needs
Audit of resources
Running of school library
Learning walks
Lesson obs
Organising phonics groups by ability
Questions and or interviews to chn in summer term about subject
Collection of data. All staff send me assessed writing results and book band levels every half term for all chn and also update our online assessment programme. Compare data each half term look for trends, pupil premium, eal, send. Ask deputy to discuss certain chn in pupil progress meeting or do it myself.
Organise eng interventions with hlta
Run school book fair

I would like to bump this as I will be taking on English Coordinator as of December in a KS2 setting. Is there anything else that has particularly worked well in terms of development the role? Thanks
