Back to work anxiety! Anyone else?

I work as a TA in a primary school and overall I love my job although it can be very challenging!

But after half term/end of term holidays I always have this awful anxiety about the first day/week back. Every. Single. Time!

Does anyone else get this? I hate feeling this way.

Massively. Im a teacher and my school is great but still feel this way after 9 years in schools! I spend the last sunday wasting the day and then not sleeping at all which makes for a miserable monday! However we know its always fine and after one day it will be like we were never off
