Teaching internship panic

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but I'm majorly freaking out! I have an interview on friday for a teaching internship and have to do a talk on something I find exciting and inspirational to do with maths. I have no idea what to talk about though, it's got to be 5min long max and there will also be the usual interview questions.
I don't know if it will be a group interview, on my own, with a panel of interviewers or just 1 and that's making me really anxious.

I really want to teach so this is an amazing opportunity but I'm terrified of being rejected, messing up and a million other things. It doesn't help I have a history of depression and am currently experiencing a really bad episode so I don't know if I'll be as enthusiastic as I can be.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you x

What is a teaching internship? I have done a lot of work in teacher education and never heard of this. Have you already spent some time in schools shadowing teacuers? If so you need to reflect on what was successful in the lessons you saw. What made pupils engaged - and what wound them up - it is likely you will get to discuss your lesson so be prepared to base your discussion on an evaluation of what you saw in school to show you have done your homework. If you haven’t spent time in a school, I would suggest you really need to do do before applying for any sort of school based role.
