SLT not having lesson obs

SLT not having lesson obs but rest of us lowly teaching staff are. Thoughts?

Happened before at my school. I raised it with the Staff Governors (who are great btw) and they raised it at the next meeting. Lo and behold, they started having obs.

Yes SLT teach full time, apart from usual PPA and management time

This happened in my last school - absolutely sucked. Everyone hated it. Still happening...

Am SLT in my school- we definitely (and rightly) get observed. Even the head. Cant think of a single reason why you wouldn't.
