Return from mat leave

I'm on mat leave but resigning from my current job to leave at the end of this term.
Can I return from mat leave in the Easter hols to get paid?

Yes you can return whenever you want to I.e the last day of the spring term if you want
Are you returning for 13 weeks from that date though? Not quite clear in your post...

You have to give 8 weeks notice to return

Thanks. It can't be 8 weeks because my return has been agreed with less than that to go.
I'm not returning for 13 weeks but remaining in the same authority so won't need to pay back mat leave
