Hi, would anyone have any knowledge of potential interview questions I may be asked for the post of Classroom Assistant (Additional Special Needs) in a special school? Many thanks

An done on behaviour. Look up their behaviour policy or say you would follow their behaviour policy if a child was being non-compliant

Take some time to look at the SEN Code of Practice (free online). You don't need to read it all but be aware of the definitions and the school's responsibilities.

It is likely that you will be asked how you will work as part of a team and how you can support the teacher e.g. by feeding back to him/her about an activity in which you have supported a child/group.
