Appraisal review - how to handle

So in October had appraisal meeting with my line manager. Set targets, was told head needed to sign off. Saw nothing of them until yesterday lunchtime when they appeared in our pigeon holes. Now meant to have interim review first day back. Can this be expected with such short notice?

It does seem a bit early to be looking at how things have been applied (if this is what an interim review means). I guess you just need to say they are only just back and is it worth having the interim review now?

Depends what are the targets, presumably you verbally agreed in appraisal, what dates where set?
