Hi wise mumsnetters

I'm looking at moving from a corporate industry to a school support role but I have one question re pay.

Am I correct in assuming when the salary states £19,000 FTE but the role is full time term only that to calculate actually salary before tax it's
19000/52x39?

Not quite.
You need to know the hours you work too.
Google it, I can't remember it off the top of my head.

I don't actually know, but would have thought that you got holiday pay so more like /52x42 or 43, at least?

It’ll be more like 44 weeks with holiday included.
