How do you work out hours worked for the free childcare hout

I know I'm probably missing something obvious but whenever I get a chance to sit down and look at the gov website I'm too knackered and can't work it out?

Basically I am looking at a jobshare teaching 2 full days a week including ppa.
Obviously the actual number of hours worked will probably be approx 18 - 20 per week, term time only.
But how many do I say I work to see if I qualify for the 30 free hours? And presumably I have to average it across the year and holidays? Do I go on a proportion of directed time or what?!

Thanks

It’s done on income anyway.

You need to earn over 120 per week so you will.
My childcare is stretched across the year as we aren’t term time. All nursery providers are diff, some charge extra for meals when funded etc. So speak to the childcare provider

Have to earn the equivalent of £126 per week

Income? But the gov website says 16 hours? Very poorly worded then.... Yes I will be getting £120 a week.
Thanks!

Yes - it is if you earn more than £125.28 per week
