I need to leave but I can't find another job. My school are so robotic and inhuman. Really struggling to fight over every little thing I do, it's always wrong. I've got no fight left. I just give up with them.

Oh bless you that sounds hard! My department can be difficult and I have often felt like nothing is ever right or good enough! I am also considering applying somewhere else.
