What does the B stand for in TLR 1B?

I'm thinking of applying for a role in a secondary school and the salary is advertised as including TLR 1B. I wondered if anyone could tell me what the B stands for? Many thanks.

Each TLR is split into three levels (abc). TLR 1b means the mid point of that TLR range.
