My school is not/can't afford to pay it.

we won't know for up to another 4 weeks.

noblegiraffe · 11/11/2018 13:18

My school awarded the recommended 3.5%/2%/1.5%.

Is your school awarding nothing then? They only have to fund the first 1%, the rest is funded by the DfE.

Holidayshopping · 11/11/2018 13:23

I’m on UPS-we got the 2%.

Acopyofacopy · 11/11/2018 20:02

My school also awarded the recommended 3.5/2/1%.

Bestseller · 11/11/2018 20:08

All the schools in our area have gone with 2% on all the ups points. They only had to apply it to the bottom of the scale and they weren't allowed to increase the top by more than 2% (if LA schools)

DS on MPS got an increment plus the 3.5% I believe.

Lxx16 · 12/11/2018 22:26

Yes but won't come in until our December pay! Sad

Yumyumbananas · 12/11/2018 23:26

My school approved it.

brisklady · 13/11/2018 07:23

Ours did. Lx, it will be backdated though?

HopeClearwater · 14/11/2018 21:02

Yes, backdated to September

Lxx16 · 15/11/2018 21:16

@brisklady yes it will be. I received backpay today but I'm unsure whether it's the 3.5% or my pay rise! It doesn't state. Just hope that means I'm due more back pay in Dec.
