Those on MPS... did you get a 3.5% pay rise?

My school is not/can't afford to pay it.

we won't know for up to another 4 weeks.

My school awarded the recommended 3.5%/2%/1.5%.

Is your school awarding nothing then? They only have to fund the first 1%, the rest is funded by the DfE.

I’m on UPS-we got the 2%.

My school also awarded the recommended 3.5/2/1%.

All the schools in our area have gone with 2% on all the ups points. They only had to apply it to the bottom of the scale and they weren't allowed to increase the top by more than 2% (if LA schools)

@brisklady yes it will be. I received backpay today but I'm unsure whether it's the 3.5% or my pay rise! It doesn't state. Just hope that means I'm due more back pay in Dec.
