Considering Mid term placing request - what to ask HT in prospective school?

Just that really. My ds needs a fresh start due to bullying and exclusionary behaviour from his peers. What would you recommend asking the HT in the new school I'm thinking of sending him to?

What is the schools procedure for dealing with issues between children/ bullying. If secondary school how does the pastoral care system work, ie who does a child speak to if they are struggling.

If there are additional learning needs I would also request a meeting with SEN coordinator to see what support can be given.
