I'm 26 weeks pregnant and finding all my classes (secondary maths) super irritating! I've been finding that i have been snapping at students a lot more recently and i'm getting more and more wound up by their behaviour.
The behaviour in lessons isn't bad at all and hasn't gotten any worse than it was, it is all me getting more and more wound up.
I know its just hormones but does anyone have any good ways to de-stress and deal with it. I am finding i'm getting rubbish sleep because i'm dreaming about different classes and getting irritated in my dreams too!
