TA interview tips

I have an interview tomorrow morning for a SEN TA position in a secondary school. I have all the necessary qualifications and experience but my interview always let's me down. Has anyone any tips or any ideas of the questions that may be asked? I've researched and came up with answers to questions that I have been asked in previous interviews but I'm so nervous and really need this job.

Follow this pattern for answering questions.

S - Situation - outline when you have dealt with that situation before with a real example.

A - Action - what you did to change or improve the situation.

R - Result - outline the result your action had.

I find following this helps you keep on track and stop you from waffling.
