Curious to know what structure you have and how class based SLT members are. Also be good to know what ofsted rating you have. Thanks.

Head/ 2x DHT/ SENCo- didn't teach
'Senior Teacher'- class based
School business manager- very involved

That wasn't enough. School did pull back up to good though- at some cost.
