Hello! I have an interview for a Primary Teaching post coming up very soon. I’m wondering if interviewers like seeing things you have to back up what your saying, e.g. photographs, planning, resources, etc. I see online some places do or some places will think you odd! If you have ever interviewed someone would you find this good or not? Thank you.

I personally don't want to see things like that. Whether you can plan and resource will come through in other ways.

I would rather you'd spent some time researching/ visiting my school/ setting and had some interesting things to say about that.

I don't think it's a bad idea to take a small portfolio or album of photos of your work, but don't spend too much time on it. (And make sure that you spell 'you're' correctly!) Good luck and all the best.

Oops! That’s typing too fast! Thanks though both of you.
