2018-19 Pay Scales

Has anyone found a copy of the pay scales for the new academic year? I can only find them for Scotland or for previous years. Usually they are on the NUT/NASUWT websites by now.

You need to check with your local authority. The unions recommended a 2% payrise last year but not all LAs went for it - Notts applied 1% for M2-M6 for example and introduced M7 (I believe, don't think it was around before last year). I found it really hard to find information on payscales in different areas when I looked a few months ago and think it's appalling that there is so little transparency now. My union didn't have any helpful information. And of course academies can do as they please.

Thanks for replying - I had no idea about that, that's terrible. Will have to do some investigating.
