Have you attended a great CPD course?

I’m looking for recommendations for great CPD courses for Primary (Junior) teachers/TAs.

Have you had a trainer in/been to a training that has really made a difference to your teaching?

We have some funding but want to ensure it’s most effectively spent to make a difference to the children’s learning.

I’ve found one about improving oracy in the classroom - ways to draw out the quieter students whilst still encouraging the naturally louder ones which sounds like it would be great if effective.

Interested in both topics that have worked well and potential providers (Berkshire/Hampshire area or able to travel here)

I went on a Protective Behaviours course recently and would say it's the one that has changed my day-to-day practice the most. It was so inspiring but it is more about children's welfare than learning but of course that has an impact.
