How much will I earn for an extra days work?

I'm 0.5 and am currently doing one extra day per week in my school. I've no tlr (chance would be a fine thing) but ups3. After tax, pension etc how much can I expect to bring home for one day?

I'm 0.8 but my full time colleague doing exactly the same role takes home £400 more than me. We're both UPS3.
