Does anyone here work 0.8 in Primary?

Just wondering what level of class responsibility you have when it comes to assessment/data, reports etc?

Thanks.

I did 0.8 for a while. I had FULL class responsibility. The 0.2 teacher contributed a bit of report writing (1 subject) and some data entry but no parents evenings.
It wasn’t great!

It was full time commitment..on p-t salary. Found .6 was better if you can cope with the reduction in money.

Colleague works 0.8 and the class is considered her class by her, other staff, children , parent s etc. She does all reports (we only write comments for English, Maths and general), data entry, parents eves.
She loves it though. Says the money isn't a fifth less (?) and, although she works Fridays at home, she gets her weekends back!
