Has anyone done this training? School want me to either do this or Thrive (most likely ELSA as our LA are really pushing it at the moment).

Our fabulous HLTA has just started her training for this and is thoroughly enjoying it. It looks as if it will be better for the needs of our kids than THRIVE although have heard good roundabout that too.
She said go for it too.

My DD talks to our ELSA lead as she's very anxious at the moment - it is making a huge difference to her well-being.

Obviously only do it if you're interested in it and want to do it but it is such a needed post and it's great your school believe you have what it takes.
