KS2 sats writing

Could anyone tell me if there is any guidance available on how much children have to write for assessment at KS2 (writing)? I am thinking of the length of each piece of work, rather than number of pieces.

No, but obviously the pieces need to be long enough for the genre. I assume you have seen the Exemplification Materials. I'd use them as a guidance for length.
